How to submit an assignment?
Save your assignment/portfolio/exam to your documents together with the Cover
Sheet sent to you by the Seminary.
To submit your work for marking online, click on the "Submit assignment" link at
the top of the screen on the menu bar. This will take you to the submission
screen. The system will automatically generate a GUID (Generated Unique
Identifier) which will be used to track the work that you have submitted
online.
You will then need to select the Subject from the available
list. This will post back and load the type of work that can be submitted for
that subject. You will now have to select the type from the
drop down list.
Once the subject and type details are set you need to browse your local computer
to attach your work from your document file. This file should be no larger than
2 Mb and must be included as the system will not process your request if there
is no work attached.
** You may enter a different reply-to email address if you wish. If not your
default one will be used to return your work to you. This email address is
important as the confirmation and all notification regarding this submission
will be sent to it.
You may also include a message to the marker with any special instructions
regarding your assignment.
Once all this information is supplied press the "Submit".
NB: The submission may take some time depending on the
speed of your internet connection and the size of the attached file. Please
wait for a response before pressing any other links or buttons.
Any exceptions that may occur will be recorded and you will be notified. If the
submission is successful a confirmation screen will appear and an email will
also be sent to your specified email address.
